Audio

Multichannel audio recording, mixing and mastering for various platforms: Radio, web and CD.

  • Before the recording, we plan the session and develop a miking concept. Important factors often include the ensemble’s layout, the positioning of soloists, and any changes in instrumentation throughout the program.

  • During the concert or studio production, we note down sections that need corrections. This helps ensure you present yourself at your best.

  • In post-production, we perform edits and sound adjustments. Based on your feedback, we do further revisions to meet your expectations. Finally, the audio is mastered for the intended platform (CD, YouTube, social media, etc.).

Video

Recording with several cameras (multicam) by a crew of camera operators and live picture direction.

  • We plan the filming in detail and develop a camera layout. We make sure every key performer is covered, discuss seating arrangements, and address important technical considerations (e.g., emergency exits).

  • The concert or studio production is filmed simultaneously by multiple cameras and by an experienced crew. Depending on the scale, between one and five cameras are actively operated, while additional fixed cameras capture wide shots of the ensemble, the venue, and the audience. Our camera operators receive real-time instructions so that each shot and camera movement is synced with the music.

  • All camera feeds are brought together in a multicam project and the footage is edited to create a vivid and varied video. Different angles and perspectives are used to visually reflect the musical structure and energy. Color correction is applied in order to correct imbalances of lighting and ensure the different camera angles match in color, brightness and overall tone. In some cases color grading is applied to give the video a special look or feeling.

Concert Lighting

Existing lighting in churches is often unsatisfactory, so additional lighting is essential. By employing professional film‑lighting techniques, I ensure your musicians are showcased at their best—whether in a concert or a studio production.

Concert Photography

A single image can capture the entire atmosphere of a concert—and that is exactly my focus. Photos shot from different perspectives are meticulously edited to vividly represent your musical highlights.
